From Black to Green

I am constantly working on something these days. There is so much to be done. I hope that one day I will walk into one room in my house and feel that it looks like a "Home". Now if you consider a home a house full of love, laughter and a lot of messes than we have that. But for now I am working towards getting one room at a time decorated. This room is our guest room that will double as my office and technically be "L"'s room in time.

We have had these garage sale nightstands that I painted black 3 years ago (this picture is after its been sanded). This year Rob and I finally purchased a bedroom suit so our black nightstands were donated to the guest room. Since this room is pink and quite girly they really didn't fit the decor. So back to Home Depot I go and 3 cans of "green apple" spray paint later I have twin green nightstands. I love them and think they add a pop of color to this room. ( I Love how they make the owl lamp, compliments of Aunt Jess, stand out. Previously it just blended with the white furniture)
