Simple Art Display

While living in Little Rock the kids and I discovered an Amazing place to spend your day (if you have little ones under 8) it's called "The Wonder Place". It is truly wonderful and I wish we had one here. Well, they have a little section that is just for kids to make some great Art projects and they had a display wall for them. So I decided I would do the same for my little Picasso's work of art.

I used two Flower knobs that came from Hobby Lobby and some ribbon that I had laying around and now Laney's wall displays all the art from the week. The art is hung by tiny clothespins which I painted green and glued some card stock fuchsia flowers to. ( I have a cricut which does that detail, otherwise I would have just left them green.)
For Cal's room I painted two Sailboat hooks that came from Michael's (I think, I did his last summer...) then we found some wooden anchors at Hobby Lobby and Cal painted these himself. I glued the clothespins on the back (which will soon be holding his projects).

I love this idea just because it not only displays their art but also helps take up blank wall space. I have also seen these in hallways between kids rooms and that is cute as well...
